Health Sutra Ragi Flakes -2 tablespoon
Milk – 1 tablespoon (optional)
Onion 1 tablespoon finely chopped
Vegetables of choice 1 tablespoon finely chopped (tomato/capsicum)
Green Chilies -1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves 1 sprig chopped
Oil As needed
Salt as needed
Mix Health Sutra Millet Flakes, vegetables, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves and salt in a bowl. Add egg and beat.
To this add milk and mix well (optional)
Heat oil in a pan at medium flame and pour the egg mixture.
After base is cooked, flip the omelette and cook until done. Serve it hot
Note: You can replace Ragi flakes with any other variety of Health Sutra Millet flakes
