Health Sutra Ragi Flakes -1 cup*
Ghee – 4 tbsp
Powdered Jaggery 3⁄4 cup
Desiccated coconut 2 Tbsp
Elaichi powder – 1⁄2 tbsp
Cashew/Almond 8 chopped or grated
Raisins – 6
Heat ghee in a pan at low flame, roast chopped cashews and
raisins and keep it aside.
In the same pan, roast Health Sutra Millet flakes and desiccated coconut on low flame for 3-4 minutes and then add powdered jaggery and Elaichi to it and mix well.
Mix all ingredients well and make balls while it’s still hot. If the mixture is dry, heat some ghee and add to it.
Flakes laddu is ready.
1 cup = 240ml
Note: You can replace Ragi flakes with any other variety of Health Sutra Millet flakes
