Health Sutra Jowar/Multimillet Idly Rawa -1/2 cup*
Rice our 1/2 cup*
Wheat our (atta) 2 Tbsp
Curd 4 Tbsp
Green Chilies 2 chopped
Onion – 1 (Small) chopped
Ginger ¼ teaspoon nely chopped (optional)
Crushed pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Jeera – ½ teaspoon
Curry Leaves 8-10 leaves chopped
SaltAs per taste
Coriander leaves – 1 teaspoon chopped
Water 2 cups*
Ghee/Oil as needed
To a bowl add Health Sutra Millet Idly rawa, rice our, wheat our,
curd, green chilies, onion, ginger, pepper, jeera, curry leaves,
coriander leaves and salt and mix well.
Add 2 cups water and whisk the batter to ensure there are no lumps. The mixture needs to slightly runny, add more water if required.
Cover and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
With a ladle, pour the batter on a hot pan. Before making dosas mix the batter well.
Sprinkle oil on the dosa and cook on medium-low heat till it turns golden and crispy.
Keep mixing the batter well before making every dosa and add water if becomes thick after making a few dosas.
Serve crispy & yummy rawa dosas with hot sambar/Chutney/ podi karam as per your liking.
