Urad dal – 1 cup*
Health Sutra Jowar/Multimillet Idly Rawa -3 cups*
Onion – 1 (medium) chopped
Tomato 1 (Small) chopped
Green Chillies 2 chopped
Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoons chopped
Ghee/Oil as needed
Salt-As per taste
Soak 1 cup of urad dal in water for about 4 hrs, drain water and
grind dal to make into a thick batter to right consistency by
adding required water.
Soak 3 cups of Health Sutra Millet Idly rawa in water for 1 hour, drain water and add soaked rawa to the batter.
Add salt as per taste and sufcient water and leave overnight at room temperature for fermentation.
Heat a pan and spread some ghee/oil. Check batter consistency, add little water if needed.
Pour batter on well heated pan and slightly spread using ladle if required.
Sprinkle vegetables on top and cook on low-medium ame till lower side is well cooked.
Flip the uthappam and cook till vegetables are cooked to your liking.
Serve tasty uthappams with hot sambar/Chutney/podi karam.
